RE-ROOFS

Read’s Roofing Ltd specialise in carrying out full re-roofing projects.  Following a site visit and consultation, we conduct a survey of the property to ensure that the structure is safe to lay new tiles or slate.  A detailed quotation is then provided.  We work with you to decide upon the materials used in terms of the aesthetics in order that the new roof remains ‘in-keeping’ with the property and its surroundings.  With so many roofing products on the market, we can advise and recommend the most suitable products for your particular needs.

We have experience in working on re-roofing projects for all types of buildings including: industrial properties, flat roofs, barn conversions, slate & tiled roofs, lead work and chimneys. 

RE-ROOFS

Upon instruction, we make all the necessary arrangements regarding the removal and disposal of old materials and carry out any remedial work that needs to be done prior to the installation of the roof.  During the completion of your re-roof, our team will ensure that disruption (and mess!) is kept to a minimum.

For your safety and peace of mind, we ensure that all work complies with building control regulations and the relevant Building Standards.  All our re-roof projects are covered with a 10 year workmanship guarantee and we are fully insured. A manufacturers’ guarantee is provided for the products used.
